Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop all future recurring charges.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will lose access to premium features.
Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you may be required to enter your billing information. If you do not cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee. Free trials are limited to one per user.
This applies to single-purchase services like a custom blog post, social media kit, or a one-hour consulting call.
Cancellation & Refunds Before Delivery:
You may request a full refund if you cancel the service before our team has begun work. Please contact us immediately at support@contentmagiconline.com.
Once our team has allocated resources and started work on your project, a cancellation may incur a partial fee based on the work completed.
Refunds After Delivery: Due to the custom and digital nature of these services, we generally do not offer refunds once the final deliverable has been sent to you. We ensure quality through clear briefs and revision rounds (see below).
All digital products available for instant download are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Reason: These products can be duplicated and retained after download, making it impossible to “return” them. Please review the product description, previews, and requirements carefully before purchasing.
We are committed to your satisfaction. All custom service purchases include 2 rounds of revisions within 14days of delivery to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon specifications. Requests for significant changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.
